Rohit Mahajan is the Managing Director at Saviance Technologies. He has over twenty years of experience in the IT industry in India and the US. He has worked with IBM and Wipro. He has received several professional awards including the IBM special contribution award for contribution above and beyond the call of duty.

Saviance Technologies is focused on providing IT Services and Software solutions for the Educational Institutions in India. Its Education Management systems and products like EMSync and Viburnix are being adopted by some of the leading schools and colleges like British School, National Defense College, Birla Institute of Management Technology, IIT Department of Management Studies, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and Faculty of Management Studies (Delhi University).

He is deeply interested in the design of IT Strategy for organizations since the shift in the role of IT from merely a supporting business to a transforming business is driving productivity gains and is helping create new business models. He has an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. He is a Fellow at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and is the past President of the Delhi chapter of Wharton Club of India. He serves as the Wharton Fellows Ambassador to India and is on the Wharton Fellows Advisory Council.

He is a Graduate of the prestigious Owner President Management program at Harvard Business School and is on the Executive Committee of the Harvard Club of India.
