Sofia Eriksson is Head of Communications at Ericsson India Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
In addition to Communications, Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility (S&CR) is part of her responsibility.

Sofia started her career with Ericsson 17 years ago and has an extensive experience of working as a Communications professional and head in different domains ranging from Research & Development, IT, Supply, Finance and Broadcast & Media services.

She has recently completed a year in India in her current role. As the Head of Communications she is supporting the execution of the company strategy through efficient communications and employee engagement and ensuring that all communication policies and programs support the organization's overall strategic direction. On the S&CR front, she oversees local programs that leverage the strength of Ericsson’s technology and services’ expertise to positively impact the marketplace and environment.

Sofia has a degree in International Media and Communications studies. She is passionate about community service and driving change and adding business value through effective internal communications.

Sofia is married with three children. She enjoys adventure sports and is an ardent reader.
